What are your plan minimums?
The plans we service range from those that have fewer than 10 people to some with more than 1,000. Balances also range from startup contributions from payroll to many millions. Our people, processes and systems make it possible for us to offer efficient, professional services to plans of all sizes.

Are you a TPA or an outsource partner of other TPAs?
Both. We are a leading full service TPA to hundreds of plan sponsors for whom we do everything from plan installation, education, enrollment, contribution processing, compliance testing, and reporting. For these clients we also provide sophisticated, interactive tools to monitor and engage their retirement progress. We invite other TPAs to leverage our investment in staff, technologies and processes to efficiently perform compliance related tasks which otherwise can be cumbersome and costly. This model allows them to cost-effectively outsource this component of their work while focusing more on consulting, sales and relationship support.

What do you mean by “anticipating” needs?
Over the years, we‘ve seen the introduction of many new rules and regulations, investment products, educational tools, advice programs, and more. These present challenges and opportunities to plan sponsors, TPAs, and other retirement professionals. These changes often impact technology platforms and delivery models in order to be responsive.
