TRPC has always been committed to helping you and your employees save for the future through an employer-sponsored retirement plan. For many retirement plan participants, the employer’s retirement savings plan is their only wealth accumulation vehicle, and many employees lack the educational resources to make decisions that promote overall financial wellness Resource in addition to retirement-readiness.
We are therefore pleased to announce that – this coming September– we will be introducing a Financial Wellness Resource Center and Education Program. The Financial Wellness Resource Center will serve as an additional educational resource, with videos, calculators, and informative content to help your employees achieve overall financial health.
As part of the Financial Wellness Education Program, TRPC will host (via WebEx) monthly educational workshops that cover a wide range of topics under each of the Resource Center’s five areas of focus:
- Retirement Planning
- Saving for College
- Managing Personal Finances
- Insurance & Protection
- Navigating Social Security & Medicare
In the coming weeks, we will continue to provide you with email updates so that you know what to expect as we get closer to making the Financial Wellness Program and the iJoin guided enrollment and planning portal available to you and your employees in September.
