Kendra Gulley has over 10 years of experience in business development, compensation and benefits, and financial planning. Prior to joining TRPC, Kendra served as a Human Resource Professional where she focused on new policy development, employee recognition programs, and performance management. Throughout her career, she has developed a knack for building relationships, adopting change, and meeting the needs of her clients. David Leathers is an avid Oregon State Beaver fan and 12+ year career veteran from John Hancock Retirement Plan Services where he served as Co-Chairman of their ACTion Committee (a national level resource for finding innovative solutions within participant and retention services). As a Relationship Manager in the Portland market, his account retention rates were among the best at John Hancock. In addition, he has been repeatedly recognized by John Hancock at the regional and national levels for his 401k related topical presentations. A graduate of California State University, Fresno David holds the Series 6 and 63 certifications as well as insurance licenses for WA, OR, ID, MT, and AK.
