Patrick Hale, JD, MBA

Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ouachita Baptist University and earned a Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas. He has over 18 years experience within the retirement plan industry. Prior to joining TRPC, Patrick held leadership positions with several third party administration and investment advisory firms. Patrick is licensed to practice law within the state of Arkansas and attained the designation of Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).

Patricia Bowker, CPA

Chief Financial Officer 

Patricia has over 20 years of professional experience in the employee benefits industry. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from David Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs as well as the Tennessee Society of CPAs.

Rick Pummill, CLU, QPA, QKA

Manager of Consulting and Compliance

Rick has worked over 30 years in the development, management and administration of qualified retirement plans. He has assisted thousands of business owners and their advisors in identifying opportunities to help management achieve their objectives. Rick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and received his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College and his Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). Rick is an active member of ASPPA and the Dayton, Ohio Employee Benefits Group. He also serves on the boards of several local non-profit organizations.

Robert Nourse

National Sales Director

Rob has over 30 years of experience in qualified plan sales, relationship management, and administration. As National Sales Director he is responsible for building the TRPC sales team and new distribution channels. Rob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Xavier University. He holds his NASD Series 7, 26 & 63 and his OH Life & Health License.

Scott Cloud, MBA, CPC

Sales Director

Scott has over 15 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, with expertise in plan design, documents, administration/consulting, and employee education/enrollment. His role as Sales Director is devoted to the development and execution of strategies aimed at helping TRPC’s investment advisor partners to acquire, manage, and scale retirement plan advisory business. Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University (OH), and earned an MBA from The Ohio State University. He is an active member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and has earned his Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation.

Jeff Poling

Director of Wealth Advisory Services

Jeff is TRPC’s Director of Wealth Advisory Services and is located in TRPC’s Brentwood, TN office. He began his career in 2008 as a trust associate with First Freedom Trust, where he gained experience in client services, operations, administration, and consulting. He later joined ProEquities Inc. where he became a fully licensed Investment Advisor. Jeff is a graduate of Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Marketing. He holds FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses, and Life & Health and Property and Casualty insurance licenses.

Kerrie Chambliss

Director of Compliance and TPA Relations

Kerrie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University and has worked in the financial services industry since 1998. Earning a Series 7 & 63 securities license in 2000 and a Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) designation in 2002, she has dedicated the last 20 years of her career to developing quality teams and processes that allow for successful operation of corporate retirement plans.

Andrew Gehring, AIF, ARPC

Vice President of Sales, East Region

Drew Gehring is TRPC’s Vice President of Sales – East Region and is located in Canton, GA. Drew has been in the retirement industry for over 16 years. Prior to joining TRPC, he was consistently one of the top wholesalers for Lincoln Financial, Nationwide, MassMutual and ADP. With over $1 Billion of retirement plans sold over his career, Drew was voted a “NAPA Wingman” in 2016 and 2017 and was recognized as one of the “Top 401(k) Wholesalers in the Industry”. Having attained his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant (ARPC) designations, Drew is an incredible technical resource to advisors and plan sponsors. Drew holds his Series 7, 63 & 66 and GA Life licenses.

Gary L. Simon Jr., QPFC

Regional Vice President of Sales, Mid Central Territory

Gary  is located in Cincinnati, OH . He has worked exclusively with qualified plans for over 20 years. Prior to his sales career, Gary’s extensive background in record keeping and administration developed his consultative brand. An ASPPA member for over 15 years, he delivers plan design consultation and ERISA guidance. Prior to joining TRPC, he was consistently one of the top wholesalers for Ameritas Life and Fidelity Investments. With over $1 Billion of retirement plans sold over his career, Gary has earned such honors as Regional Director of the Year multiple times. Gary Joined The Retirement Plan Company in June of 2018 and holds Series 7, 63 and 65.

Eddie Romaka

Vice President of Sales, South Central Region

Eddie has over 20 years in the financial services industry. He is an accomplished Senior Level Sales Professional in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with extensive experience and a proven track record of sales and new business development in the Financial Services Industry. Skills include New Business Development, Territory Management, and the Marketing/Selling of comprehensive product lineups (Mutual Funds, Separately Managed Accounts, Variable Annuities, Retirement Plans and Credit Instruments). He was born and raised in El Paso, TX and received an International Business degree from Texas Tech University. He’s been married for 21 years and has 3 children. He holds his NASD Series 65 license.

Kyle Brown, RPA, CEBS

Defined Benefit Plan Manager

Kyle Brown is TRPC’s Defined Benefit Plan Manager and he is located near Asheville, NC. Kyle graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in political science and a second major in history. He has earned the Retirement Plan Associate (RPA) and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) credentials from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). Kyle has 11 years of experience administering various facets of defined benefit retirement plans, from startup plan designs to plan terminations and participant distributions. He also holds his NASD Series 65 license.

Amit Kakar

Managing Director, India

Amit Kakar, as Managing Director (India), sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. Amit has nearly two decades of global experience in the field of retirement plan industry. Amit holds a Master of Business Administration degree from a reputed institute and oversees the Indian business and executive functions at TRPC.

Manisha Kakar

Senior Director, India

Manisha Kakar, as a senior director, leads operations, transitions and facilitates process improvements for clients at TRPC Service Team. She is backed with a Master of Business Administration degree and has over 16 years of experience in managing retirement plan operations. Today she leads the TRPC service team and is responsible for all back-office offshore operations.

Arun Mittal

Senior Director, India

A tech-savvy Science graduate from Delhi University backed with a Master of Business Administration, India. Arun has more than 14 years of experience in the retirement plan industry and in charge of creating and executing plan and strategies that increase productivity and efficiency of the TRPC’s offshore unit. He has been with TRPC since 2008, leading back-office operations like setting up new operations, transitions management, project management, client engagement, leading large teams, he is also responsible for delivery and managing the profitability of a business unit.
