Patrick Hale, JD, MBA
Managing Partner
Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ouachita Baptist University and earned a Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas. He has over 18 years of experience within the retirement plan industry. Prior to joining TRPC, Patrick held leadership positions with several third party administration and investment advisory firms. Patrick is licensed to practice law within the state of Arkansas and attained the designation of Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
Michael Bissett
Managing Director of Growth
As our Managing Director of Growth, Mike supervises the TRPC sales team, collaborates closely with the National office teams, and implements strategies to boost revenue growth and maximize sales potential.
Kerrie Chambliss
Managing Director of Client Experience
Kerrie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University and has worked in the financial services industry since 1998. Earning a Series 7 & 63 securities license in 2000 and a Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) designation in 2002, she has dedicated the last 20 years of her career to developing quality teams and processes that allow for successful operation of corporate retirement plans.

Jon earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Scrum Master and holds certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.

With over a decade of experience in the retirement plan industry, Steven brings a rich background in Multiple Employer Plans, PEOs and Associations, Stand-Alone Plans, and Pooled Employer Plans. Since joining TRPC in July 2024, he has leveraged his expertise to create impactful strategies that meet the evolving needs of both new and existing clients.
Steven holds an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation, a Series 65 Securities License, and a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services from the University of North Florida. Outside of work, Steven is an avid outdoorsman, spending his free time surfing, fishing, spearfishing, and hunting.

With 27 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, including 18 years with Ingham/TRPC, Todd is genuinely passionate about wealth management and helping clients achieve their financial goals. For Todd, building trust is what it’s all about—he builds trusted relationships with plan sponsors, plan participants, and staff to consistently deliver industry-leading results. He is committed to providing education and guidance to participants and plan sponsors, enabling them to make informed decisions about retirement savings, because everyone deserves the opportunity to retire with financial security. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Syracuse University.

Bill’s entire 40+ year career is comprised of pension systems software development, beginning at Tillinghast, Nelson & Warren (now part of Willis Towers Watson), where he developed their first in-house DC and DB administration systems. Next, he served in various management capacities in the development of Corbel’s industry leading Quantech pension administration system (now FIS-Relius), ending his tenure as Relius’ Vice President of Software Development and head of their global Development groups.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Software Development with emphasis on Business Administration from DeVry University Atlanta. When he’s not working on pension systems, he’s a professional sports photographer shooting at the collegiate, Olympic, and professional levels.
