Bill’s successful software development and technical management career spans over 32 years, including integral involvement in the development of four large-scale retirement systems. He is well-known in the software development community for his achievements and special recognitions for his technical skills.
Bill’s most recent experience includes 20 years with Corbel/Relius in development and management at the Director and VP levels and active participation in the executive group at Relius for the past 10 years. He was heavily involved in some of Corbel/Relius’ biggest efforts, including NPA, STP, Documents ASP, fee disclosures, etc. For the past year, Bill was responsible for the entirety of Relius’ domestic and offshore Development and QA groups, as well as overseeing the development of the 20.1 web re-write which was the single largest development effort since Quantech 1.0.
